60 Second Intl. Film Festival Winners 2018-19

60 Second Intl. Film Festival is committed to encouraging and empowering young and amateur filmmakers by nurturing their talent through a positive learning experience and creative freedom, helping them improve their understanding of deep-rooted issues, giving them access to a global platform that showcases their films.

This year, after the jury evaluation and selection process, 60SIFF is honoured to announce the winners that made it to the top out of more than 800 films submission we have received.

“Bird Bird Bird” by Zara Rostampour, is the winner of 60SIFF 2018-19. Her film is about a bird falling in love and to get attention from his sweetheart, he has to do a creative move to catch her attention.

“Heaven” by Reza Moayedi, is the runner-up of 60SIFF 2018-19. His film is about a little girl talking to her dad about Heaven; and something strange is on the way.

“Enjoy Your Meal” by Saman Haghighivand, is the 2nd runner-up of 60SIFF 2018-19. His film is about a fancy food unexpectedly goes to a death-condemned man.

“Gwadar” by Zirvaan Films, is the 2nd runner-up of 60SIFF 2018-19. The film talks about a social commentary about corporate greed which turns a blind eye to basic human necessities. A father tells his son that there will be new buildings and ports and businesses will prosper. Then his son asks him if they’ll finally have drinking water.
